Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and include the original packaging, tags, and all accessories.

  •  We will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide the return address and instructions.

  • After receiving return confirmation, please ship the product back within 3 days and provide the tracking number.

  • ⁠Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to a product defect or incorrect shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, unsuitability), the return shipping fee must be covered by the buyer.


4.⁠ ⁠Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, with processing times dependent on the payment platform or bank.

For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped as soon as the return is confirmed.

Do not return items without prior approval; unauthorized returns may not be processed.
